The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. the hotel's location was perfect for us, as we were able to easily access all of London's top tourist attractions like Buckingham Palace and Big Ben. We also loved the convenience of having the Victoria station nearby for easy access to other parts of the city. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the on-site restaurant, TOZI, where we indulged in delicious Venetian-Italian flavors. the cicchetti were a true masterpiece for the palate, made with quality seasonal ingredients that left us craving more. the sleek VIC's BAR provided a cosmopolitan atmosphere for us to relax and enjoy classic Italian cocktails with friends. The spacious bedroom we stayed in was modern and comfortable, with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV for our entertainment. We also made use of the hotel's sauna and steam room, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, our time at the Park Plaza Victoria London was truly memorable. From the friendly staff to the delicious dining options and convenient location, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a tranquil stay in central London with all the amenities you could ask for. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to the city.
